Terms of Professional Service

1. Advisory Scope & Engagement
LedgerBridge Financial LLC provides fractional CFO advisory, corporate controllership, outsourced bookkeeping, payroll coordination, and proactive business tax preparation. Specific scope, deliverables, and retainers are governed by a mutually executed Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA).
2. Retainer Billings & Cancellations
Monthly retainers ($3,000/mo, $6,000/mo, or $9,000/mo) are billed in advance on the 1st of each calendar month. Annual billing arrangements include a 10% discount. Monthly retainer engagements may be cancelled or transitioned with 30 days written notice.
3. Fiduciary Responsibility & Data Accuracy
LedgerBridge relies on the authenticity and timeliness of source documents provided by the client (bank statements, vendor invoices, payroll records). We execute due diligence under GAAP standards to ensure reporting integrity.
